What this site is

The Twenty List is a curated presentation of residences, yachts and jets. Everything shown on this site is for information only: it is an invitation to a conversation, not an offer, and it does not create any brokerage, advisory or contractual relationship. Availability, prices, specifications and imagery are subject to change, verification and prior sale or withdrawal without notice. Any transaction is governed exclusively by the definitive agreements signed for it.

Ownership of content

The name The Twenty List, our logotype, and all content on this site, including photography, film, text and design, belong to The Twenty List or are used under license from their owners. You may browse and share links to the site; you may not copy, scrape, reproduce or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Properties may be listed by, or in collaboration with, third-party brokerages, whose credit appears where applicable.

Submissions

If you submit a property, yacht or jet for consideration, you confirm that you are entitled to share that information and those images. Submission does not guarantee inclusion; curation is entirely at our discretion, and we will treat your submission in confidence as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. While we verify what we publish with care, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it, nor for the content of third-party sites we may link to. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the use of this website is limited to the fullest extent possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from the use of this website will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, and the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
