The Twenty List is operated by THE TWENTY LIST, S.A. DE C.V., a company incorporated in Mexico with offices in San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur (“The Twenty List”, “we”, “us”). We treat personal information the way we treat everything else: with discretion. This policy describes what we collect through thetwentylist.com and how we handle it, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to share with us: your name and contact details when you write to us through our enquiry or listing submission forms, reach us by email, or message us on WhatsApp; the details of a property, yacht or jet you submit for consideration; and your email address if you subscribe to our communications. Like most websites, we also receive standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform and analytics providers.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, evaluate submissions, arrange private showings, send communications you have requested, and operate and improve the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it on our behalf

We rely on a small number of service providers to run our operations, including Squarespace (website hosting), Google Workspace (email) and Mailchimp (newsletters). They process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments, and may do so on servers located outside Mexico. Where information crosses borders, it remains subject to the protections described in this policy.

Confidentiality

Discretion is central to how we work. Enquiries, submissions and conversations regarding any residence, yacht or jet are held in confidence and shared only as necessary to advance the matter you brought to us, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Under the LFPDPPP you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to or limit its use (ARCO rights). To exercise these rights, or to unsubscribe from communications at any time, write to us at info@thetwentylist.com. We will respond within the timeframes established by law.

Changes

If we update this policy, the current version will always be available on this page, with its effective date.
